Getting Rid of Biting Mites

What are they ?

A biting mite is any insect that requires a host to exist. This host can be either animal or plant. Generally however, most biting mites that originate from plants don’t carry enough of a bite to be annoying to humans. But, as their numbers grow in an infestation, they could become a real problem. Biting mites that originate from animals, however, carry a bite that can become quite annoying to humans rather quickly. They also make allergic reactions worse for anyone in the home who deals with allergies on a regular basis.
